Spicy Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes can also make a delicious meal.  Potatoes contents minerals and vitamins that give nutrition to our body.  It is perfect to prepare for a lunch or dinner. If you love potatoes, here is one easy follow recipe.

Ingredients
baking potatoes – 4, large size
ground turmeric – 1 tsp
ground cumin – 2 tsp
ground coriander – 2 tsp
sunflower oil – 2 tsp
root ginger – 1 small piece, grated
small onion – 2, chopped
garlic salt natural yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius.  Then, prick the potatoes with fork.  Bake them for 60 minutes until soft.
  2. After that, cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Heat a pan, pour in the oil, fry the onion for a while, stir in coriander, cumin, ginger, and turmeric.
  4. Stir over a low heat for few minutes, add the potato flesh, season to taste with garlic salt.
  5. Next, cook the potato mixture for another few minutes, stirring.
  6. Finally, spoon the mixture back into the potato shells and top with natural yogurt.  Serve hot.  Serves 4-6.
